Product description

SNP8238C, SNP8238C Field Bidirectional AGC Amplifier is a new high gain amplifier. Adopt optimized circuit design and scientific and rational process. High performance AGC control circuit inside is useful for stable gain and low distortion. It's the best choice for large and medium-sized bidirectional CATV transmission network.

 

Product feature

PHILIPS or NEC low noise push pull amplifier modules or GaAs push pull amplifier modules are used as forestage of forward path. PHILIPS or NEC Power-Double gallium arsenide amplifier modules or GaAs amplifier modules are used as output stage. Output level is stable and nonlinear index is good.

(Power-Double gallium arsenide amplifier modules or GaAs amplifier modules are independent in SNP8238C.)

PHILIPS return amplifier modules are used as backward path. Its distortion is little and SNR is high.

It’s more convenient to debug, because of plug-in (or adjustable) duplex filters, plug-in fixed (or adjustable) equalizers, plug-in output splitters and scientific and rational on-line detection ports.

Optimal AGC control circuit cause precise control and steady link signal.

The equipment can work steadily outdoor under bad environmental condition, because of waterproof aluminum case, high reliability switching power supply and lightning protection system.

Special Notice:

The performance parameters of this manual according to GY/T 184-2002 <Specifications and methods of measurement on analog optical fiber amplifiers used in CATV system>.

We get it under the following testing environment.

 

Testing Environment:

There should be 79 ways PAL-D television signals in the frequency of 750MHz (112.25~743.25MHz) and 93 ways PAL-D television signals in the frequency of 862MHz (112.25~855.25MHz) when test the C/CTB and C/CSO.

There should be 3 frequencies as f1=65MHz, f2=63MHz and f3=57MHz when test the “Maximum Output Level” of uplink transmission paths.

There should be 3 frequencies as f1=10MHz, f2=60MHz and f3 =50MHzwhen test the of “Carrier to Second-order Inter-modulation ratio” uplink transmission paths in the level of 110 dBμV.
